I don't know what everyone expected, and odds are, you will be disappointed. But if you are awaiting the return of the JAF you are dreadfully wrong. For this counter has not been placed to signify the rebirth of an empire, but instead, it has been instituted to direct its inevitable demise. The preposterous task of organizing and uniting a group of individuals has seen its period of attempt, but I have finally realized that the effort is secondary and not worthwhile.

When the JAF commenced exactly a year and a half ago to this day my life was incredibly different. School required minimal effort, I was living through a boring winter, and I had more free time than I do at this moment. In other words, the JAF was something new, and it gave me interest for a period of time. But the fact is, not only did this use up too much time, but it instilled a poor perception of me in numerous people.

Sure, it helped to improve various aspects of mine such as writing and web page design. But still, it gave me several bad habits that have transferred to this very day, and with that said, I have posted this to make a statement.

From this point on I will no longer associate myself with the JAF or anything related to it. I feel that it is time for this to come to a conclusion, whether anyone else agrees or not. Also, in retrospect, I'd like to recommend to everyone that they do something a little more worthwhile. Because even though it may seem fulfilling now, in reality, it is not. And in closing, I would like to thank everyone for partaking in this unique experience. It is one I do not regret, and I wish everyone the best of luck in the future.

For the last time,

The JAFWebmaster
